Sat 31st Oct - Newcastle Co Down (Tollymore - also a map reading/orienteering skills session)
Sat 7th November - Ballynahinch (Tievendarragh)
Sat 21st November - Rostrevor (Kilbroney)
Sat 12th December - Castlewellan (self explanatory!)

Next mountain bike spin this Sat 7th Nov at Tievendarragh forest, near Seaforde Ballynahinch. Meeting at Brennans Garage 10am.

I've been away in London for a while, wrecked my leg and lost my mobile!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway the phone has been found at Stansted and I should be going back to my original number when i get the phone back.
Can you all please text your numbers to me next week as I've lost contact with everyone.
