Dromara CC will be holding the monthly club meeting a week early to finialise the Cyclo-Cross race and Trail Quests.
The meeting will be held tomorrow Tuesday 27th of October in The Square One , Dromara.
Could those who still owe the Christmas Dinner and awards night deposit please come along then and PAY!
Also those with trophies, please bring them along as I need to get them engraved.
Club clothing will also be available.
If anyone has an item they wish to be discussed please email me

6 at the meeting tonight 
Granted it was short notice but I do hope that we will be inundated with helpers on Sunday.
We need people to help set up the course. This will start from 9 am. (I will be there before this if anyone wants to join me  )
We have 50 cones, 20 pedestrian barriers, 70 electric poles, 3 rolls to tape, 8 banners, 20 signs etc etc etc to get out in less than 90 minutes.
Those who can do sign on can come between 10 am and 1 pm.
Those who can do marshall can come between 10:30 and 2:15 pm
Those who can help to tidy up the above list of items can help between 2 and 4 pm.

Hi Martin, I'll join you on Sunday morning to mark out the course and can help take it down again afterwards. If you are stuck for offers I can marshall the MTB event too.
